Harvey Weinstein Engaging In Obstruction Of Justice In Removing His Personnel File During Criminal Investigations Into His Acts Of Sexual Assault, Rape And Financial Fraud February 15. 2018
Harvey Weinstein Fallen movie producer, Harvey Weinstein, who is under criminal investigation for sexually harassing, sexually assaulting and or raping over 100 famous and non-famous women, has been engaging in more criminal behavior. Reports indicate Weinstein's personnel file has gone missing at The Weinstein Company, a film corporation in which he maintains a 21% stake. The board of The Weinstein Company were criminally negligent in signing off on a number of sex crime related financial settlements, regarding Weinstein's appalling behavior against women. Weinstein's personnel files contained information regarding complaints and settlements in reference to sexual assaults and rapes. Weinstein has also committed serious financial crimes, which the board is aware of but kept secret. Some of the board members have quit, but that does not diminish their culpability and liability in enabling a criminal. The removal of Weinstein's personnel file can be viewed as obstruction of justice, which is a crime. The Weinstein Company is busy hiding evidence, which is illegal. Weinstein is a deranged lunatic and psychotic pervert, who never followed the law or any kind of rules. Therefore, people should not be surprised at this development, aimed at concealing his crimes from investigators and victims' lawyers. Weinstein thinks he is god (referred to himself as such). Weinstein also thinks he is some big shot everyone should fear. Schneiderman said at a press conference in New York that his office was told the file was missing during an investigation into Weinstein's company. Schneiderman launched a probe of The Weinstein Company in October after the New York Times and the New Yorker reported on allegations by multiple actresses and models who said Weinstein coerced them into unwanted sex. Some women have accused Weinstein of raping them. Weinstein was terminated from the company shortly after the allegations came to light. "We obtained a form of Mr. Weinstein's personnel file; we were told that the physical personnel file had gone missing, which is another issue of concern to us," Schneiderman said. "I don't know the number of complaints, but there were certainly dozens of formal complaints and many more informal complaints over the years." Schneiderman said his office's four-month investigation of the company found "a pervasive pattern" of sexual harassment, intimidation and abuse.
