60-year-old pedophile, Ghislaine Maxwell has been convicted of child sex trafficking. Maxwell, the former girlfriend of the late, convicted pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein, was found guilty on five of six charges for sex trafficking and sexually abusing underage girls.

A jury in New York found Maxwell guilty of sex trafficking a minor, transporting a minor with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, and three conspiracy charges related to the aforementioned counts. She also faces a perjury criminal case.

Maxwell is facing up to 65-year-in prison on her current conviction and is scheduled to be sentenced at a later date. She has been in custody since last year and will remain there for the foreseeable future. Maxwell should spend the rest of her life behind bars.

Maxwell aided Epstein in sex trafficking thousands of underage girls between 1994 to his death in 2019. They not only molested the girls, they passed them around rich and influential people in exchange for favors and financial opportunities.

Others implicated in the pedophilia scandal are former President Bill Clinton, former Vice President Al Gore, Prince Andrew, attorney Alan Dershowitz and Microsoft founder, Bill Gates, among others. They too should be prosecuted as well. This two tier justice system has to go. The rich and the poor should be treated the same. Being rich doesn't make someone better. All too often we see it makes some people worse.

Items surfaced revealing the FBI knew of the misconduct for over 15-years and corrupted the initial case in Palm Beach, Florida, then shelved it. This misconduct by the FBI permitted Epstein to continue molesting girls for many years ('Surviving Jeffrey Epstein' Documentary Exposes The Child Molester And His Rich And Famous Friends Who Are Also Pedophiles (Video)).

If it were not for the persistence of victim, Virginia Giuffre (nee Roberts), Epstein and Maxwell would be free today and still molesting underage girls. Giuffre stated after the verdict, "My soul yearned for justice for years and today the jury gave me just that. I will remember this day always. Having lived with the horrors of Maxwell's abuse, my heart goes out to the many other girls and young women who suffered at her hands and whose lives she destroyed."

Epstein left his $500,000,000 estate to his brother (most of which was procured via fraud, blackmail and financial crime). However, I maintain, the entire estate should be awarded to his thousands of victims. People should not be able to bequeath assets to relatives when their victims deserve restitution. All assets should be frozen until formal determinations are made.
