Florida Bill Would Criminalize
Bias By College Professors
May 4. 2021
FBI Director Christopher Wray
In an article dated April 25, 2021,
the Guardian in London reported the State of
Florida is proposing a legislative bill to allow
students to record professors who show a political
bias in mistreating them. The bill would provide
civil and criminal penalties for such conduct by
professors.
On the whole, there are many great
professors teaching their students remarkable things
in colleges. However, there are some professors who
are penalizing students for their political views
and other personal reasons, in acts that are totally
unprofessional and downright criminal, constituting
fraud and discrimination.
As stated previously on the site on
October 26, 2021, prior to this bill being
announced, the FBI is meddling in U.S. schools in
horrible ways, even engaging some teachers to
penalize students for their political views (The FBI Is Criminally Violating The
Civil Rights Act At Schools And Universities In Discriminatory Behavior
Targeting Minorities).
I also made reference to the
discrimination and violations of the Civil Rights
Act of 1964, on my Twitter page 2-weeks ago, when an
outrageous and discriminatory incident occurred
regarding me. It's shocking the lows some people are
dragging America to in their sick obsessions at
harassing, sabotaging and abusing innocent people.
Black Lives Matter, MAGA people and
select other outspoken groups in universities in
America need to be careful, as the FBI has been
contacting colleges and doing the unthinkable.
Something very foul is happening that is worthy of
congressional hearings.
One of the most terrible things
about it is the FBI and certain other entities
criminally meddling in these matters, clearly don't
give a darn that they are damaging America's name in
the area of education, not just in the country but
the world. The topic made its way to Britain and
ended up in the papers abroad, read by tens of
millions of people.
It's not a good look violating the
Civil Rights Act in big old 2020 and 2021. When you
think of all the racial hatred and malice that
necessitated the bills in the 1960s, only for you to
be violating it now in modern times, is disgusting.
It sends a horrible message and one the FBI and
their coconspirators should be ashamed of, as it is
despicable.
You're sending the terrible message
that a person can't peaceful get their education in
America without some unprofessional scumbag trying
to interfere, then penalize and sabotage them for
their political views and or religious faith. That's
pretty sick, evil and contemptible.

Florida bill would allow students to record
professors to show political bias
Sun 25 Apr 2021 03.00 EDT - Last
modified on Sun 25 Apr 2021 03.03 EDT - Republicans
in Florida have stepped up their assault on what
they call “Marxist professors and students” in the
state’s public universities and colleges with a bill
that encourages the reporting of lecturers perceived
to be stifling “viewpoint diversity” on campus.
The bill, currently awaiting the
signature of the Florida governor and Donald Trump
ally Ron DeSantis, will allow students to make
recordings of lectures without their professors’
consent, and present them as evidence of political
bias.
It requires all 40 of Florida’s
state-funded institutions of postsecondary education
to conduct an annual survey of faculty and students
to establish how well intellectual freedoms are
protected on campus; and to “shield” students from
efforts to limit their “access to, or observation
of, ideas and opinions that they may find
uncomfortable, unwelcome, disagreeable, or
offensive.”
Any institution that blocks a
student’s access to such “expressive activities”,
the definition of which includes the content of
lectures as well as “all forms of peaceful assembly,
protests and speeches,” exposes itself to legal
action, the new bill states.
Opponents say the shield clause, a
late addition to the bill’s text as it worked its
way through Florida’s Republican-dominated
legislature, opens the door for white supremacist or
other rightwing hate groups.
“As we saw in Charlottesville, if
you give them an opening like that they will come,”
Dr Karen Morian, the president of the united faculty
of Florida (UFF) union of more than 20,000
educators, said. “And if it’s at FAMU [the
historically black Florida agricultural and
mechanical university] and they think they’re going
to be able to intimidate black college students,
they will come. That’s actually pretty scary.”
Morian said the clause allowing the
clandestine recording of lectures is also
problematic, despite the insistence by the bill’s
defenders that educators have no right of privacy in
a publicly-funded institution.
“It carves out our classrooms as a
public space, whereas in actuality the general
public cannot walk through it during class,” she
said. “They can walk across the campus, or from the
parking lot to the office, that’s public space. But
my classroom has never been read as a public space.”
The Florida bill appears to align
with the position of rightwing student activist
groups such as Turning Point USA, which has long
railed against what it sees as the left’s domination
of campuses nationwide and maintains an online
watchlist of radical professors who “advance leftist
propaganda in the classroom”...
