Evelyn Lozada Talks About Shock At Multimillionaire Athlete Carl Crawford Calling Off Engagement

Reality star Evelyn Lozada spoke of her feelings regarding the sudden end of her engagement to $125,000,000 baseball player, Carl Crawford. When Lozada met Crawford, he was in a relationship with the pregnant mother of his two children. That’s not a situation any woman should insert herself in. However, Evelyn did and it ended badly.

Lozada knew Crawford had a pregnant girlfriend, regarding a child with her and one on the way, but cheated with him anyway, in what broke up the couple. Lozada also quickly got pregnant and became engaged to Crawford. I wrote from the start that the relationship was a bad idea and their relationship broke up for the very reasons I stated would create problems.

It really appeared Crawford was taken with Lozada’s notoriety as a reality star and the fact she is pretty. However, Lozada loves money and the two famous athletes she dated prior to Crawford (Antoine Walker and Chad Johnson) had just as much money in cash and contracts, but ended up broke.

Though she grew up poor, Evelyn is a very high maintenance woman and it can cost you a fortune dating her. Evelyn likes private jets and expensive cars and clothes, as seen on her Instagram page and paid for by Crawford. It cost him way too much money dating Evelyn, which made her look like a gold digger. He bought her a Rolls Royce, multi-million dollar engagement ring, paid to fly her around in private jets and house her in expensive hotels when she traveled. He also spent a fortune on Evelyn regarding expensive shoes and clothes.

Crawford ended up spending a few million dollars on Evelyn in a fairly short space of time. It gave the appearance she was taking him for all he’s worth. Crawford came to this realization and made a run for it, via calling off the engagement. Even the time they were spending apart was not good for a relationship, as I stated previously on the site. Crawford began cheating on Lozada during the weeks and months they spent apart.

In the most recent episodes of “Basketball Wives” Evelyn stated she was "just as shocked" as others regarding Crawford calling off the engagement and breaking up with her. Evelyn stated it was "sad, something I didn't expect" and "it came to me that he was doing some things" regarding cheating. Many famous men cheat. She should not have been surprised. If you date a famous man, due to the culture of women throwing themselves at them seeking money and fame, a number of them cheat. It’s wrong, but they do it.

Lozada was shocked, stating she didn’t see it coming and was planning a wedding. However, when a man is engaged to you for a long period of time, it indicates he is having second thoughts about marrying you. Once again, I didn't think she belonged in that situation, as Crawford had someone at the time they met and his girlfriend was pregnant as well. Then Evelyn became pregnant, had one child, a son, Carl Crawford Jr, but miscarried three more times, which devastated her, as it would any woman.

Now Evelyn is struggling with a problem as 9 of her eggs are fertilized with Crawford’s sperm and are sitting in a clinic. She stated, “The embryos are Evelyn's eggs with Carl's sperm, so what do I do." Evelyn deliberately got pregnant and fast in trying to tie down Crawford, with the intent of getting him to marry her, which once again ladies, does not work.
