El Chapo Sentenced To Life In Prison And $13 Billion Forfeitures For Drug Trafficking

In yesterday’s article “Evidence Collected In Raid Reveals Pedophile Jeffrey Epstein Is A Flight Risk (Video)” I prematurely stated that 62-year-old Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, was serving a life sentence. While Guzman has been behind bars during trial, having been convicted in February, he was not sentenced yet. Today, El Chapo was sentenced to life in prison on 10 counts of drug trafficking and racketeering. The government also added 30-years onto the life sentence.

El Chapo has also been ordered to make $12.6 billion dollars in forfeitures regarding the proceeds of crime. This means all his assets the government can find will be seized (bank accounts, cash, homes, cars, jewelry, businesses). Make no mistake, they’ve already done asset searches to ascertain just how much money and other assets he has before arriving at said figure to wipe him out.
