Cuba Gooding Jr

Hollywood actor, Cuba Gooding Jr., is currently up on sexual assault charges. Gooding groped a 29-year-old woman's breasts at a night club in New York (Cuba Gooding Jr's Lawyer Says Sexual Assault Accuser Mentally Ill But The Videotape Shows His Client Groping Her). In addition to the criminal counts in the first case, prosecutors recently expanded the indictment to add 4 new charges. 14 women have come forward alleging sexual assault by Gooding, which led to the charges being expanded.

Complex magazine reported that one of the women alleged Gooding, "Placed his hand inside the woman’s blouse and squeezed her bare breast while he stated, in substance, 'Sit on my face, pee in my mouth.'" 12 of the women are eligible to testify against Gooding, which spells trouble for the disgraced actor. The allegations span 17-years, between 2001-2018. Gooding attempted to have the charges dismissed, but his formal request was declined by the court. He is expected back in criminal court in December.

Gooding has pled not guilty to the new charges and the items in the original indictment as well. Gooding's attorney initially adopted a strategy of trying to make the victim look like a crazy person making false allegations against a celebrity for money and attention. It is a standard, corrupt Hollywood PR and legal strategy in attempts at discrediting victims of crime. However, it backfired in this case, when video surfaced of Gooding groping the victim. Now other women have come forward and prosecutors deemed them credible enough as well, to use their statements against Gooding, in showing a pattern of criminal misconduct.

A second video has also surfaced of a drunk Gooding at a night club yelling at the women in the crowd, regarding a teenage male on the dance floor, "Somebody suck that baby's d**k." The tape is disgraceful. Gooding is a massive alcoholic, who is constantly behaving in a sexually debauched manner. Gooding's misconduct is showing a pattern of him getting drunk at clubs and engaging in sexually inappropriate speech and behavior. It has strengthened the prosecutors' case.

Variety magazine is also reporting that Gooding is being sued for sexual battery in a new claim by a bartender in New York. The unnamed female bartender has sued Gooding on allegations of "assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress." She stated Gooding sexually harassed her and pinched her bottom. Prosecutors in the New York criminal case are aware of the civil lawsuit and will use it against Gooding.

More Women Come Forward Accusing Cuba Gooding Jr. of Sexual Misconduct (UPDATE)

Oct 14, 2019 - revealed court documents allege that Cuba Gooding, Jr. asked a stranger to "sit on [his] face and pee in [his] mouth" after groping her. The actor is facing charges two counts of forcible touching and two counts of third-degree sex abuse from a pair of women. Page Six shared the account of another woman, told via prosecutors in court documents filed on Tuesday. The documents say that Gooding "placed his hand inside the woman’s blouse and squeezed her bare breast while he stated, in substance, ‘Sit on my face, pee in my mouth.’”

This new accusation brings the total number of women who have accused Gooding up to 14. The Associated Press reports that as many as 12 of them could testify against Gooding, in the hopes of establishing a pattern that would lend credibility to the stories of the two accusers Gooding is currently facing in court...
