Howard Marshall. This legal decision is in agreement with the Judiciary Report's previous assessment of the case. No court should have the authority to go against the wishes of the decedent. What is the sense of having a will, if a court can go behind your back when you die and do as they please, awarding your hard earned assets to people you did not desire to have them.
