Convicted Felon Elizabeth Holmes Facing Up To 20-Years In Prison For Fraud In Theranos Blood Testing Scam (Videos)

This is a follow up to the article "Elizabeth Holmes Should Be Sent To Prison Over $750 Million Theranos Blood Testing Scam That Endangered Public Health." Last week, 37-year-old Elizabeth Holmes was convicted on 4 of 11 federal fraud charges in relation to the fraudulent company she started, Theranos.

Holmes, with no medical or science background, promised to deliver a machine that could test for many diseases from one drop of blood and render results in record time. Holmes took $750 million dollars from investors such as Walgreens, Walmart, Cox Media Group and Betsy DeVos, among others, for the unproven idea she presented as proven, then proceeded to misappropriate and squander the investment money.

Holmes is a fraud and pretender. She did not have the mind, education or training to execute the concepts she was claiming. Holmes thought she could find and exploit others, in bids at faking her way into greatness, via fraud.

However, as with all criminal fraud there comes the moment of truth where all lies are exposed and prison comes into view. And make no mistake, Holmes deserves prison, as she squandered nearly $1 billion dollars that could have gone to paying investors bills, feeding and housing the homeless, tuition for college students, and real medical and science innovation to help public health. Fraudsters and con artists deserve prison, as they make it harder for real geniuses to be believed, who actually have important work, products and ideas that will benefit the world.

Holmes was obsessed with the late tech giant, Steve Jobs, and even leased the same office space he'd rented for Apple before the company later moved to premises he purchased. Holmes dressed like Jobs and even tried to speak in a baritone voice to mimic his male tones.

However, Jobs was not a fraud and pretender. Jobs was brilliant and had great ideas he materialized, which changed technology. Fraudsters are lazy, covetous and envious people who resent the success of hardworking people and crave their assets.

Holmes is a pretender, like so many other scammers and con artists, in conduct that does real public harm. You can't be like Steve Jobs if you don't have the intelligence and ideas. The man worked hard in university and spent most of his waking hours coming up with viable products. He produced tangible results.

What Holmes produced was broken promises and enormous financial loss. Nothing she stated materialized or happened at any point in time. There was never any truth to her claims. She perpetrated a grand scale fraud and burned many with it, including herself. It is mental illness to have done this.

Elizabeth Holmes stole all that money from investors and didn't even bother to get a proper haircut. Never trust a chick with that many split ends (I'm kidding LOL).

Fraudsters and scammers believe anything they say and do, no matter how off-key, crazy or removed from reality, becomes fact. This is why only the cream should rise to the top. People who commit massive acts of fraud and theft or are in prominent jobs that require a special skill set, which they do no possess and are unqualified to do, can literally bring economies and nations down with their madness and greed.

What is also astounding is that at no point did anyone demand and receive proof from Holmes regarding her alleged invention. No one asked for and received a demonstration before throwing billions in funding at a fraudster. Some believe this occurred because Holmes is white and blonde, and have stated as much in the press (she's actually a bleached blonde).

That's another thing; Holmes' company Theranos received a valuation of "$9 billion dollars" without a single shred of proof it held such monetary value, on a company that had absolutely no product, though claiming otherwise regarding a fake blood testing machine. It was a complete scam.

These frauds keep happening in corporate America. Everybody is calling themselves billionaires today without any such assets or proof. It's fraud and lying. We saw it with thieving scammers like empty-headed, uneducated 18-year-old reality star, Kylie Jenner, being proclaimed a billionaire in Forbes magazine, for a cosmetic company with products and artwork she and her mom, Kris Jenner, criminally stole from others (some have sued them).

Neither is Kim Kardashian for that matter, though she like her sister proclaims to be. They are all going to fall for this madness they have been doing in a forthcoming scandal.

Jay Z and Beyonce are another set of fraudsters (Beyonce And Jay Z Copyright Infringement). They've been going around claiming they are billionaires, after stealing copious amount of copyrights in criminal violation of the law. However, neither one of them are billionaires. They are not even billionaires if you combine all their stolen assets. They are two uneducated frauds who will also fall (Video: The FBI Is Watching Rapper Jay Z).

A shocked and stunned Elizabeth Holmes in criminal court shortly before she is convicted of criminal fraud for which she now faces up to 20-years in prison.

Fraudsters and con artists need to take note of Holmes fall, as there always comes a time that people are made to pay for the harm they do to others. It's better to live an honest life and one within your means and talents, rather than commit grand scale fraud, and end up imprisoned and permanently disgraced for it.
