Consumer Confidence Hits All Time Low Time For The Bounders To Be Incarcerated February 24. 2009
Wall Street trading The very thing I wrote of yesterday regarding lack of consumer confidence has been confirmed today. U.S. consumer confidence has plummeted to an all time low. People simply do not trust corporate America, due to the corruption that is prevalent in the system, which brought on the current financial crisis. Corporate America needs to be cleaned up, if the
economy is to recover, as too many bounders are present. Leave
no room again for the
Madoffs
and
Stanfords
and the others currently engaging in financial crimes, yet to be
revealed. They do not belong in the corporate world, as their
only contribution to economics is
U.S. Economy: Consumer Confidence, Home Prices Slump (Update1) Feb. 24 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. consumer confidence collapsed this month and home values plunged in December, the latest evidence of a deepening economic slump that Federal Reserve Chairman Ben S. Bernanke today warned may last into 2010. The Conference Board’s confidence index dropped more than anticipated to 25, the lowest level since data began in 1967, the New York-based research group said today. Another report showed home prices dropped a record 18.5 percent from December 2007. |
