Clinton To Congress On Libya: Butt Out April 2. 2011 Barack Obama U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, made very arrogant and dismissive statements regarding President Barack Obama's war in Libya, basically telling Congress to buzz off. Under U.S. law, Congress must greenlight all wars. However, the Obama Administration chose to skip this legal step in favor of a sneak invasion that is costing American taxpayers over $500,000,000 per week. The CIA, DOD and FBI have gotten their hooks into President Obama and have led him astray. If the President believed his conduct was correct, why skip congressional confirmation and approval, as stipulated by law.
