Lawsuit Against Rape Accuser In Criminal Court Where She Could Face
5-Years In Jail

Chris Brown has filed a defamation lawsuit in Paris,
France for “slanderous accusation” against a rape accuser listed as
“Miss K” in the legal action. She has been identified online as a
model and escort named Karima. The lawsuit arises out of, “False
accusation, committed on Jan. 18, 2019 in Paris.”
Brown met her at a night club in Paris and she
accompanied him and twenty people back to his luxury hotel suite.
Brown’s girlfriend, Ammika Harris, was also present. Karima alleged
the incident occurred on January 15-16 of this month.
She stated Brown raped her in the dressing area of
the hotel suite. She alleges Brown then permitted his bodyguard and
a friend to rape her as well. She stated the whole ordeal lasted
25-30 minutes and was “brutal and violent.” She also alleged she was
given cocaine. Her attorney told the Associated Press that it was a
group of "about 15 girls and 5 or 6 men" and "everybody rushed to
take lines of cocaine" in the hotel suite.

She waited two days to report the incident to
police (January 18, 2019). A rape kit would have been devoid of
some evidence at that point dependent on what she did after the
alleged rape. However, a “brutal and violent” rape would still
have bruises present on the body. None of this has been
mentioned.
Brown’s accuser did a paid interview with Closer
magazine, who broke the story. Brown, his bodyguard and friend were
arrested on aggravated rape and illegal drug charges, then released
a day later pending a criminal investigation. Cocaine and marijuana
were also found in the hotel suite. Brown stated the cocaine was not
his, but the medical marijuana belongs to him.
Brown’s lawsuit against his accuser has been filed
under the criminal court system. Under the French penal code his
accuser faces 5-years in jail if Brown’s allegations of her lying
about him raping her are proven true. This case should serve as a
lesson to famous men to stop taking stranger back to their hotel
rooms and homes.

In other Chris Brown news, the Los Angeles home
of his 4-year-old daughter and her mother, has been burglarized
while he has been in Paris. A burglar stole designer items from
the home, including the property of Brown's daughter and her
half-sister. Police are investigating the case.
