Chris Brown Challenging Hollywood Hills In What Could Be A Costly Legal Battle

Chris Brown is challenging the government of the city of Hollywood regarding the graffiti he sprayed on the outside wall of his mansion. Brown is citing the First Amendment as grounds for the graffiti to remain. However, the city is still labeling it a code violation they want removed and have assessed fines to the property.

The fines will continue to accrue until Brown removes the graffiti or a court order issued stating it can remain. Either way, this could get costly for Brown if it spirals into a full blown court battle. At the end of the day, one has to choose one's battles carefully and this one isn't worth the time and money.
