The actress was understandably angry, as the incident should not have happened and was way over the line. Her husband, actor, Michael Douglas, who is battling cancer, chased the photographer away.

Paparazzi sometimes cross the line in getting too close and invading others' private space. This is wholly inappropriate and needs to stop. One does not need to get that close to someone to take a picture. It's offensive. Conversely, stars should not attack the paparazzi either. However, this incident indicates Zeta-Jones did nothing wrong.
