Britney Spears Should Have Been Restrained

May 1. 2009

Britney Spears

The former manager of  Sony Music artist Britney Spears, is challenging a 3-year restraining order imposed against him by a Los Angeles judge. Sam Lufti, via his lawyer, claims he is the first person in the history of American law to be slapped with a restraining order, for trying to help someone that contacted them.

While it is strange to be hit with a restraining order, when someone else initiated contact with you and repeatedly asked for help to get out from under a conservatorship, Lufti should have backed off, as Spears is technically a ward of the court, due to her insanity.

She should have been restrained as well from contacting Lufti and his attorney, who she left messages for, complaining about her dad.
