Britney Spears and Sam Lufti While it is strange to be hit with a restraining order, when someone else initiated contact with you and repeatedly asked for help to get out from under a conservatorship, Lufti should have backed off, as Spears is technically a ward of the court, due to her insanity. She should have been restrained as well from contacting Lufti and his attorney, who she left messages for, complaining about her dad.
