British General Went Missing After Being Air Dropped
Into The Wrong Field In England (LOL)November

General Sir Carleton-Smith
Chief of the General Staff, Sir
Carleton-Smith, went missing after being air-dropped by
a Wildcat helicopter into the wrong field in Salisbury,
England. The incident occurred a week ago. The army
tried to contact him by phone, but was unsuccessful.
That's when everyone panicked. Carleton-Smith was found
shortly after by men who sprinted out into an adjacent
area of where he was supposed to be airdropped.
The Daily Telegraph reported, "There was
an ‘Oh s*** moment’ when they realised they had lost the
head of the army. His visit was a really big deal and
they had everything planned out. 'When they worked out
where he was the greeting party raced over to get him.'"
Okay, I admit it. I'm wrong for laughing
at this story. I can laugh as they found him and he is
okay. However, you have to admit, this story is pretty
funny (LOL). I have English blood in me and when I read
about their accomplishments, such as inventing
Ibuprofen, going into space and winning the World Cup,
it makes me proud. Then, I read about things like my
ancestors losing the army general during an airdrop in
broad daylight, and I sink into my chair and cover my
face (LOL).
It's the same with my Jamaican heritage.
I read about Jamaica producing brilliant Rhodes
scholars, winning math and science competitions,
producing award winning athletes, and producing one of
the top recording artists of all time, Bob Marley, whose
music and related products has generated $3 billion
dollars in sales, and it makes me proud. Then, I read about a man in Jamaica
who dresses like Spiderman and dangerously jumps off his
roof for fun, and I sink into my chair and cover my face
again (LOL).
I'm just kidding, as I'm not embarrassed
by any aspect of my ancestry.
