Rapper Blueface has been hit with a defamation lawsuit by, Jackilyn Martinez, who is the mother of rival rapper Soulja Boy's 1-year-old child. The trouble began when Blueface bragged he had sex with Martinez before the baby shower and crudely informed Soulja Boy he needs to have a paternity test done on his son.

Blueface stated on social networking, "I f****d your baby mama the day before your baby shower. That's my child lil bro I'm the daddy now." Martinez didn't find it funny and slapped Blueface with a defamation lawsuit. Martinez's lawsuit states, "There is zero chance that the defendant's plaintiff's child's biological father."

When Martinez's attorney sent Blueface a cease and desist letter, demanding he stop making false claims about her, the rapper responded, "Nobody ever said your name...I don't even know who you are." This indicates actual malice and his subsequent denial is a poor legal defense for defamation. Blueface's statements reasonably caused people to believe he was referring to Martinez.

To make matters worse, Martinez is receiving graphic death threats due to Blueface stating he is the biological father of her child. Martinez has sustained damages due to Blueface's behavior. She has a case. There is reason for her to be upset and concerned.

Blueface has been making trouble in people's relationships. Recently, Blueface publicly accused fellow rapper Offset of having sex with his ex-girlfriend, Chrisean Rock. Offset denied Blueface's allegations via an item on social networking which stated, "I ain't never talk or touch that lady. Real talk man you need some help!"
