Beyonce Outed For Stealing Music Video
From African Artist For 'Lion King' Music Video 'Spirit'
July 31. 2019
Beyonce stole the preexisting music video of South
African recording artist Petite Noir and used the same album title
as well entitled "The Gift"
Beyonce has been caught stealing copyrighted
materials again. Last week I outed Beyonce for stealing items from
the 1991 copyrighted music video “The Comfort Zone” by Vanessa
Williams for her new music video “Spirit” from the “Lion King”
soundtrack song. Beyonce stole Williams’ scenes wearing a blue dress
in front of water and sitting in the desert wearing red waist length
hair while singing (click
here for other Beyonce thefts of Vanessa
Williams' preexisting copyrighted works). I also outed Beyonce for
stealing the song “Spirit” from 1980s pop rock band Mike and
Mechanics, regarding their song “Silent Running” (Beyonce Songs 'Spirit' And 'Brown Skin Girl' From The Movie 'The Lion
King' Contains Copyright Infringement And Contradictions).
Beyonce stealing the video of South
African artist Petite Noir
This week Beyonce was slammed for stealing the
video from a secondary source and the comparative evidence is very
compelling. The Mail & Guardian newspaper exposed Beyonce for
stealing from South African artist Petite Noir’s 2018 debut album
entitled “La Maison Noir: The Gift and The Curse” which is an
18-minute visual album. Beyonce named the soundtrack “The Lion King:
The Gift” also using some of Petite Noir’s album title and stole a
host of images from the South African’s music video. Beyonce
completely ripped off Petite Noir’s music video.
In the left column is Vanessa Williams in
her 1991 music video "The Comfort Zone" and in the right column is
Beyonce in her 2019 rip-off music video "Spirit:

the desert (left) and Beyonce wearing a flowing reddish brown wig in
the desert (right). Both women are wearing the same make-up and
circular earrings.

fuchsia colored v neck ensemble while laying down with flowing
reddish brown hair (Beyonce is again wearing a wig)

a blue dress
Beyonce is a criminal and a disgraceful one at
that. She sits on her backside all day, looking at other people’s
work and scheming on how to steal them. She is disgusting. You have
to be completely bats**t insane to do these things as Beyonce
repeatedly does for EVERY SINGLE ALBUM SHE PUTS OUT. She’s a
brainless idiot with no creativity. Anything she sees and covets,
she copies. She’s an empty headed idiot, who didn’t do any of the
work she is claiming as her own creations.
As stated on the site last week Beyonce stole the 2019 song "Spirit"
from the 1985 #1 hit song "Silent Running" by Mike and the
Mechanics:
Mike and the Mechanics in
1985 repeatedly sing the refrain:
can you hear
me
calling
Beyonce in 2019 repeatedly
sings:
can you hear
it
calling
Mike and the Mechanics in
1985:
rise up
and fight
Beyonce in 2019:
rise up
to the light in the sky
Mike and the Mechanics in
1985: Better you should pray to God the Father and the
Spirit
Beyonce in 2019: Whoa,
Spirit
watch the heavens open
Both songs are also about
heaven:
Mike and the Mechanics in
1985: Better you should pray to God the Father and the
Spirit
will
protect you
from up here
(up here in the song meant heaven)
Beyonce in 2019: Whoa,
Spirit
watch the
heavens
open
Beyonce is a pathetic liar and fraud. She has gone
too far once again, but this time it has completely exposed her. Not
to mention, in some acts of copyright thefts Beyonce has committed,
her conduct is worthy of an indictment for criminal copyright
infringement and racketeering, among other charges.
Tweets on Twitter.com denouncing
Beyonce's thefts of Petite Noir's preexisting copyrighted music
video
Beyonce has made
millions of dollars from criminally stealing people’s copyrights,
which constitutes felonies. Beyonce is a fraudulent, dirty, greedy
thief to be stealing all these copyrights, album after album she
puts out, and accecpting royalties in the millions of dollars and
dozens of awards for other people's work she criminally stole. She's
a disgusting fake.

Beyoncé and the Spirit of plagiarism
Zaza Hlalethwa 23 Jul 2019 15:36 - The devil works
hard but Beyoncé Knowles-Carter and her creative team work harder.
First she released Homecoming, a Netflix documentary following her
memorable gig in 2018 as the first black woman to headline
Coachella. Shortly thereafter she released a live album to accompany
the documentary.
In between promoting the Lion King live-action
remake, in which she voices Nala, she signed a deal with Adidas to
create a new footwear and apparel line. This comes after being on
tour for four months and fulfilling her Global Citizen duties.
In addition to Knowles taking on the role of Nala, the artist
released The Lion King: The Gift, a 14-track album to accompany the
live-action remake’s soundtrack.
The album features artists such as Jay-Z, Wizkid,
Kendrick Lamar, and Childish Gambino alongside South Africa’s
Moonchild Sanelly and Busiswa.
The Gift was released shortly
after Knowles premiered Spirit, a single that features on both her
album and the soundtrack of the Lion King remake.
As the recent Beyoncé-phoria from the The Gift
began to die down, making way for commentary outside the Beyhive,
talks of plagiarism related to the Spirit music video began to
surface. Spirit allegedly borrows its visual cues from La Maison
Noir: The Gift and The Curse, an 18-minute visual album accompanying
Petite Noir’s eponymous 2018 EP. Photographer and filmmaker Justice
Mukheli took to Twitter with a picture comparing frames from the two
works with a caption that read: “The ridiculousness of how bluntly
Beyoncé chopped Petite Noir’s work is beyond my comprehension. Frame
for frame.”
The Mail & Guardian contacted Ilunga and his
creative partner and wife, Rochelle Nembhard, for comment. Nkenge
Arscott of Nomadic Africans, who represents the duo, responded
saying: “Yannick and Rochelle are unable to offer a comment at this
time. However, we do encourage you and your team to explore this
further.” The Mail & Guardian also reached out to Knowles’ publicist
regarding the matter. They were yet to respond at the time of
publishing...
