Solange Knowles, the sister of singer Beyonce, has rushed to her sister’s defense, after she made very disparaging comments about Janet Jackson and apparently for no reason.

Both Janet and Beyonce share a connection via the latter’s husband having been a phony executive at Jackson’s former label Island/Def Jam.

Solange reportedly stated Beyonce isn’t afraid of Janet. Keep talking smack Solange. There are about 50 Jacksons and only 5 of you. You're gonna get your weave pulled out.

During a dinner with friends, one source claims that Solange almost laughed when the subject was brought up saying, “What ever. Beyonce ain’t scared of Janet. All my sister did was tell the truth…she wasn’t trying to hurt nobody”.
