Another Crooked Judge Indicted For Sex Abuse

Another crooked judge has been indicted for taking bribes and trading judicial favors for sex. They caught him using an undercover FBI agent. Texas judge Manuel Barraza was arrested by FBI agents and charged with three counts of wire fraud, deprivation of honest services and for making a false statement. 100 of his cases are being reviewed and appropriately so, as he has been corrupt and said partiality made its way into his rulings.

Judge's 100 drug cases to be reviewed

EL PASO, Texas — The El Paso County district attorney is promising reviews of about 100 drug cases presided over by a newly elected state judge now under federal indictment. A federal grand jury in El Paso indicted State District Judge Manuel Barraza on Wednesday on four counts, including mail fraud, wire fraud and lying to a federal agent. The 10-page indictment alleges the 53-year-old judge took cash bribes and asked for sex from defendants, including an undercover FBI agent, in exchange for his help in felony cases…
