Florida Judges In Anna Nicole Smith ~~Trial~~ Circus Bashed By The Public

The following is news that does not bode well for the South Florida court system, who I've seen so much corruption from, that I can't say I'm surprised at the current headlines regarding the Ana Nicole Smith trial, being held here. Judge Larry Seidlin is being mocked all across the country for his conduct in the Anna Nicole Smith case. He's said some disturbing things regarding the body. I told you guys about the judges down here.

However, inasmuch as Seidlin did not follow the rules of procedure and violated the Judicial Cannons governing judges' conduct (see a pattern yet with these judges), give credit where credit is due. In my view, the appointment of a guardian for 6 month old Danielynn produced the correct decision, in that Smith should be buried in the Bahamas.

Why the Bahamas and not Texas where she was born? She buried her son in the Bahamas, her daughter was born there and she also tried to establish residency there. She loved her son and should be interned next to him. In this case, logic and what she did in life would tell you, that is what she would have wanted.

In what is a tragic situation with so many entanglements and terrible secrets being revealed, it was no place for courtroom antics, which the entire world witnessed. It was too much. It did not help the judiciary's name one bit, but it did highlight a lot of problems and confirm things I'd written about on this site before there was even a case. You got to see it for yourself with your own too eyes.

Yes, Anna lead a crazy life, but judges are supposed to be balanced and have sense. They are adding their own touches of bizarre as well, in something that was already crazy enough to begin with. For example, Florida judge Lawrence Korda, stated it is "conceivable" that a child can have two fathers. What!?

This is the legal foolishness I keep talking about. Only one man in this case is the father. Stop wasting taxpayer money and cut to the chase. Get the paternity tests done and close the case out. It has become an embarrassment on so many levels. Internet posters are now making fun of Florida judges. Calling the state "Flori-duh" thanks to this rubbish. And you know what, as someone who has had to deal with some Florida judges on civil matters, I'm not defending them. They deserve the bashing. They rob South Floridians of justice all the time and embarrass themselves with these foolish rulings, inappropriate speech and foul conduct on regular basis.

The child is in another country. she has never set foot so to speak on American soil the Florida courts already ruled that they have no jurisdiction the other day ****** get to the issue at hand!! Some are accusing the brash former New York cab driver of showboating for the cameras, or worse, auditioning for his own courtroom TV show, with his one-liners, his personal asides, and his smart-alecky Bronx delivery during the six-day hearing. They say that he let the hearing drag on way too long, that he made inappropriate jokes for a dispute over a body, that he acted as if it were all about him...
