'American Idol' Star Arrested For Selling Drugs
And Violating The Judge's Orders

"American Idol" television show singer, Antonella
Barba, was twice arrested for dealing a large quantity of drugs. In
October 2018, the 32-year-old was arrested for selling heroin. In
February 2019 she was arrested for selling cocaine, heroin and
Fentanyl. In July 2019 she pled guilty to the charges.
As a part of her guilty plea, Barba, was supposed to
live with her father, Vincenzo Barba, in Point Pleasant, New Jersey.
However, she violated the terms of her bail on the drug dealing
charges and disobeyed the judge. This additional misconduct by Barba
can be held against her in the sentencing phase of her trail.
Barba is set to face the judge on November 21, 2019
and according to MSN.com, "In pleading guilty, Barba faces a
mandatory minimum term of 10 years in prison, a maximum sentence of
life in prison, a fine of $10,000,000, a possible forfeiture of
assets, and five years of supervised police."
Barba was also convicted of shoplifting in a
separate case. She is clearly living a life of crime and doesn't
care who gets hurt or suffers loss due to her criminal misconduct.
She has committed crime after crime, showing she is a repeat
offender in need of reformation behind bars.

Warrant Issued in Drug Case

Barba is facing being thrown in prison for allegedly violating a
court order, as a judge has signed off on an arrest warrant.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Barba’s
probation officer, as part of her drug possession case, recently
accused her of disobeying the judge.
Barba was supposed to be living with her father,
Vincenzo Barba, while being released on bond. She was ordered to
maintain a residence with her father in Point Pleasant, New Jersey.
The officer points to that condition as the reason for Barba’s
violation. He did not go into greater detail in the court documents.
The federal judge granted the probation officer’s request and issued
a warrant for Barba’s arrest. The warrant was delivered to the
United States Marshal to execute and bring her into court...
