16-Year-Old Girl Raped And
Killed By Her Mother's Boyfriend Who Arrogantly
Surrendered To Police Stating 'Do What You Got To
Do' (Video)
May 3. 2022
A tragic story is being reported in
Houston, Texas regarding 16-year-old cheerleader,
Lauren Juma, who was shot and killed by her mother's
boyfriend, Van Henry Brisbon, 60. Juma's mother
Laurie Young was away working when the incident
occurred. 3-years-ago Brisbon moved into Young's
home she shared with her daughter, in a quiet
Humble, Texas suburb.
Lauren called her mother at
approximately 1:00AM on Friday morning to state
Brisbon was inside her room acting "really weird."
Then, Lauren stated to him during the call "get out"
(of her room). Next her mother heard her scream,
"Mom he has a gun!" Then, the call suddenly
disconnected. Laurie stated, "My baby called me,
FaceTimed me and said, 'Mom, help me! That's the
last time I heard her voice."

Lauren had also telephoned her
sister, Keryca Harmon, who lives elsewhere, and she
called police, then rushed over to the property.
When Harmon and the police arrived within minutes
they heard a gunshot. Then they reported hearing a
scream, then two more gunshots.
Police entered the house to find
Brisbon pulling up his pants. He arrogantly told
them, "Do what you got to do." Police then found
Lauren in a doorway deceased with her pants down.
Brisbon had shot her in the head. Brisbon was taken
into custody and is behind bars on $2,000,000 bond.
Van Henry Brisbon
Currently, Brisbon is being held on
murder charges, which could be upgraded to add the
rape of a minor. Texas has the death penalty in
effect for which he would be eligible based on the
gruesome and evil nature of the crime. My
condolences to Lauren's family and friends.
