13-Year-Old Double Murder Suspect And Armed
Robber Escapes Custody In North CarolinaNovember 6. 2019
A very troubled looking Jericho. His eyes look very troubled
and distressed.
13-year-old double murder suspect who was also
criminally charged as an armed robber, named only as Jericho W,
escaped from custody in the Robeson County Department of Social
Services, located North Carolina. He was on trial at the courthouse,
for murdering two people during an armed robbery, when he
disappeared at noon, breaking free from custody.
Jericho was last seen on Hwy 72 and Country Club
Road in Lumberton, North Carolina. Authorities stated regarding
Jericho, "We have a high degree of concern for the safety of both
the juvenile and the public, due to a prior history of assaultive
and unpredictable behavior."
This story is very sad. The mere fact he attempted
to escape from custody and successfully did indicates criminal
behaviors. One never wants to know such a young person has ended up
in a situation where they have been charged with serious crime, due
to a set of behaviors indicating homicidal tendencies. It is my hope
they find Jericho and give him the help he so clearly needs.
