10-Year-Old Violently Kills 6-Month-Old Baby At Daycare And Is Arrested For Murder

A 10-year-old girl in foster care stomped and killed 6-month-old Jaxon Liedl in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. While everyone was outside playing with the children, the 10-year-old took Jaxon out of his crib. She told authorities she dropped him and he wouldn’t stop crying. She then repeatedly stomped on his head.

Paramedics were called to the scene and they found the helpless baby bleeding from the head. They rushed him to the hospital where he died two days later from his injuries. The 10-year-old girl was arrested and is on trial for first degree intentional homicide.

Jaxon’s father, Nate Liedl, is distraught over his son's death and wanted to face the girl who took his boy’s life. Liedl was present in court as the girl stood in handcuffs before the judge. Liedl stated, “As opposed to seeing it as a 10-year-old girl, I saw it as the person who killed my son. She, in my opinion, deserved to be in shackles or handcuffs. She’s a criminal.” He also stated, “I waited 37-years for my own little baby boy. I was extremely lucky because he didn’t cry, no fussing, he was happy smiles all the time.”

To exhibit such serious behavioral problems and at an early age is an indictor of severe psychopathic tendencies that will only get worse without medical intervention. I’d even venture to state that her lack of apathy is not something medical science can adequately address.

The average 10-year-old would not deliberately stomp on a child’s head especially to the point of death. She is a danger to the community and will need to be monitored for the rest of her life to ensure that homicidal rage and absence of all conscience does not rise up within her again and kill another human being.
