The FBI Ludicrously Claims "Men Can't Be Raped" February 5. 2011 FBI Director Robert S. Mueller Boy, it's not very reassuring to hear a law enforcement agency claim men "can't be forcibly raped" when it has happened to many. Young boys and adult men have been forcibly raped by other boys, men and sometimes women. But apparently, the FBI doesn't think so and was unwise enough to put this crazy claim in writing.
