Michael Jackson Preliminary Hearing January 4. 2011 Michael Jackson The preliminary hearing into the death of singer, Michael Jackson, has brought out interesting claims against his physician, Conrad Murray, who is charged with manslaughter. Surveillance video present at the home Jackson died at in lavish Bel Air, has mysteriously gone missing, as has $2,000,000 in cash the singer famously kept in garbage bags. The Jackson family maintains, shortly before he died, the worried singer informed his mother, he was of the belief, "Someone was going to kill him...for his catalog. It's been no secret in Hollywood that Sony, who co-owns a multi-billion dollar copyrighted catalog with Jackson, resorted to some very dirty tactics in trying to gain full ownership of the copyrights contained therein. Sony constantly made dirty deals with some of Jackson's creditors to terrorize and harass him, far beyond what one would call debt collection. Sony bribed people to bring lawsuits against Jackson, in concerted efforts to push him into a state of illiquidity and bankruptcy, making it financially difficult for him to legally protect his share of the catalog. They were trying to break Jackson to get him out of the picture, who wiggled his way out of it, by borrowing from foreigners outside of Sony's grasp in New York. When Sony's bankruptcy campaign against Jackson didn't work, they took the misconduct up several notches. Now the man is dead under very mysterious circumstances. The head of Sony, Howard Stringer, is a hateful, vile man that has run the company under a banner of criminal theft and ruthlessness. Stringer has been at the company for many years and in that time, the criminal conduct coming out of the corporation has gone from bad to worst. The man is a living, breathing devil. Others apart of Sony during Jackson's tenure, such as Tommy Mottola and Donnie Einer, have engaged in criminal activity known to many in the industry. Mottola even bragged about being apart of the mafia. While at Sony, Mottola even had his security openly threaten people with acts of violence, abuse and retaliation, regardless of their age, for simply stating lawful things that displeased him. Mottola's bodyguard once threatened to cross state lines to viciously assault and batter a minor in the industry he had defrauded. This is the type of people that have graced the hellish halls of Sony and to its disgrace. This is not a company above orchestrating the murder of someone to fully take control of copyrights that do not belong to them. They've done it in more than one case RELATED ARTICLE Latoya Jackson: Sony Murdered Michael Jackson STORY SOURCE MJ's Family -- Michael Predicted He'd Be Murdered 1/4/2011 10:32 AM PST by TMZ Staff - Michael Jackson's family claims the singer predicted his own death shortly before he died -- telling TMZ, the King of Pop was paranoid he'd be murdered ... for his incredibly valuable Sony catalog... But a rep for Michael's family tells us the Jacksons are "absolutely mortified" by the implication that MJ took his own life -- insisting, "Michael did NOT kill himself. The rep adds, "What is incredibly ironic is that Michael told his mother shortly before he died that he thought someone was going to kill him ... and they were going to kill him for his catalog." The family is also concerned that video surveillance of Michael's last living moments -- crucial evidence in Murray's trial -- is still missing. |
