Pop singer, Justin Bieber, 17 and his girlfriend, Selena Gomez, 19, are sexually active, though they try to give the impression things are otherwise. Bieber has a lot of impressionable fans and his handlers in Atlanta, Georgia, thought it best this be kept from them and the public in general. However, the Judiciary Report would like to discuss the matter, as Bieber is underage and opening himself up to consequences that spring from premarital sex and other grown up activities he has undertaken. 

Bieber is young and wealthy, in an environment that can lead a kid to grow up overnight. So many child stars went down this road and it resulted in them burning out very fast. Just last week, Bieber was publicly accused of drag racing, which is dangerous and can lead to death (see Vince Neil). Bieber needs to take a step back and reevaluate his life, lest he falls into trouble.
