, human rights and state business
laws."
The government's
lawsuit states the Weinstein and his brother waged, "A
years-long gender-based hostile work environment, a pattern
of quid pro quo sexual harassment and routine misuse of
corporate resources for unlawful ends that extended from in
or about 2005 through at least in or about October 2017."
It cites October 2017, which is the exact
time the New York Times took him down with a exposé
featuring actress, Ashley Judd, among others. Then shortly
after, the New Yorker magazine further exposed Weinstein in
a piece featuring actress, Asia Argento, among others.
Harvey Weinstein
The mainstream press is actively stating the
lawsuit was timed to conflict with the Weinstein's attempted
$500 million sale of The Weinstein Company (279 films and a
building in new York) to a company led by Maria
Contreras-Sweet, who headed up the Small Business
Association for former President Barack Obama.
It is telling
that there exists an Obama connection in the potential sale,
as Obama knowingly looked the other way to Weinstein's
crimes and that of other criminals in Hollywood, such as the
disgraced movie producer's fellow cultist and business
associate,
Madonna, who is another depraved criminal (Barack Obama, Michelle Obama And Hillary Clinton Slammed For
Their 'No Comment' On Harvey Weinstein Finally Issues Statements).
Obama is still helping Weinstein. In fact
the lawsuit states Weinstein bragged of ties to Obama in
"Threatening his employees with violence, touted his
connections to powerful political figures and asserted that
he had contacts within the Secret Service 'that could take
care of problems.'" I can attest Weinstein, Madonna and
others in their cult do have disturbing ties to the U.S.
Secret Service and even dispatched an agent in Miami to
break the law at a Miami Shores post office, which was
caught on camera.
Former FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, was
also informed of Weinstein's criminal conduct years ago, but
looked the other way to it as well due to bribery,
facilitating the horrendous financial and sex crimes that
has pour from that cretin, damaging many people that did not
deserve it.
Attorney General Schneiderman stated, "The
Weinstein Company repeatedly broke New York law by failing
to protect its employees from pervasive sexual harassment,
intimidation, and discrimination." Indeed. The Weinstein
Company was repeatedly sued for years over Harvey
Weinstein's acts of sexual harassment, sexual assault and
rape, but kept signing off on settlements and allowing him
to continue repeatedly behaving like a pig in pawing at and
sexually assaulting women. The board had a responsibility to
ensure the company was in compliance with state and federal
law, but willfully failed in this regard, facilitating the
crimes of a monster.
It is well known in Hollywood that Weinstein
thought of himself as god and encouraged people to refer to
him as such. I don't know why. In all the pictures of Jesus
on the cross he has the perfect six pack stomach. Weinstein
has a belly like Barney. But I digress...
Weinstein ordered his employees to keep a
copy of a document he dictated and referred to as the
"bible." The Guardian newspaper stated it contained married
Weinstein's, "Likes and dislikes, and a list of his
'friends' with directions for assistants on how to arrange
his extensive and frequent 'personals', code for sexual
encounters."
Weinstein is currently under criminal
investigation in New York, Los Angeles, London and Dublin
for sexual harassment, sexual assault and rape. Over 100
women, famous and non-famous, have come forward accusing him
of the aforementioned crimes. For a man who likes to
fraudulently refer to himself as god people certain think
Weinstein is a devil.

Harvey Weinstein lawsuit: attorney general says 'we
have never seen anything as despicable'
After filing suit against Harvey and Bob Weinstein
and their company, Eric Schneiderman describes ‘flagrant’
pattern of misconduct

Mon 12 Feb 2018 18.40 EST -New York attorney general Eric
Schneiderman said Monday that a pervasive pattern of sexual
misconduct and corporate enabling at the Weinstein Company
was some of the worst his office has investigated.
“We have never seen anything as despicable
as what we’ve seen right here,” Schneiderman told reporters,
a day after his office filed a 39-page complaint against the
company, Harvey Weinstein and his brother Bob. The suit is
part of an effort to ensure adequate funds are put aside
from the impending $500m sale of the company, and to ensure
an end to the pattern of abuse.
“We have to ensure that this all cleaned up
and that any deal that removes the two Weinstein brothers,
but essentially leaves the rest of the management team
intact, should be unacceptable to the purchasers,”
Schneiderman said. The complaint, bought by the civil rights
division, alleges a pattern of systematic sexual coercion
that involved company employees as both targets of sexual
harassment or as complicit in it...
