The FBI Should Have Interviewed Julie Swetnick In The Brett Kavanaugh Case And Here's Why October 3. 2018
Brett Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford Julie Swetnick came forward with allegations she was sexually assaulted by an underage Brett Kavanaugh, who is now in the running to become a U.S. Supreme Court Justice. Swetnick came forward with corrupt, self-serving lawyer, Michael Avenatti, after credible Dr. Christine Blasey Ford made allegations that when she was 15 and Kavanaugh a 16-year-old, he sexually assaulted her at an underage party, where alcohol was present and being illegally consumed. Many have accepted Ford's testimony and her credibility remains in tact. The public has not been presented with anything thus far that discredits her as a witness. However, the pile on that ensued courtesy of Swetnick's shoddy claims damaged the case. It was revealed Swetnick is a liar and fraud, who has engaged in sexually inappropriate behavior against customers of her former employer, which resulted in a lawsuit being brought against her by the company. She also lied about being a graduate of Johns Hopkins when she never attended the university. Swetnick's ex-boyfriend also came forward and spoke of the lies she told against him and how she terrorized his family when he dumped her. Swetnick's lies temporarily landed him in prison for a crime he did not commit. He recently warned the government and the public that she is not a credible witness and to be ware of listening to her allegations. Swetnick's story about Kavanaugh was so odd, as she is years older than he is, but alleged that he at age 15 and 16, ran trains on older women she witnessed him rape and sexually assault on different occasions. That would mean she had sex with a minor. Members of the public online began questioning why she kept attending rapes and sexual assaults allegedly being committed by a minor, rather than calling the police. Kavanaugh denied even knowing Swetnick. Kavanaugh's friends and schoolmates cannot recall her either. Swetnick comes across as an attention seeker, who is looking for fame and money from what is a very serious matter that is dividing the nation. It is very opportunistic.
Julie Swetnick In ways the FBI should have interviewed her. Why you ask? It is a crime to lie to the FBI that is punishable by imprisonment and a fine. When Swetnick came forward after Ford, the FBI had already stated they would not investigate the matter, as it is not an issue they would normally take up and they had already done their background check of Kavanaugh and cleared him. However, President Donald Trump ordered the FBI to investigate the matter and gave them one week to complete it. Considering how slow the FBI moves on many cases, opting to stretch things out, they needed to be given a time limit. The FBI should have made an example of Swetnick for lying about something so serious, then put her in prison, as her deceitful claims are clouding out and casting aspersions on an important national matter that concerns other women. It would serve as a warning to others not to make up false allegations. As I stated last week, I wasn't there regarding the alleged incident between Dr. Ford and Judge Kavanaugh, which is stated to have occurred when they were minors, and there is no evidence in the matter, which makes it a "he said" "she said" case. I do not state that to insult either one of them, but that is how the justice system perceives such matters and I am writing about it in that light, regarding how the FBI and DOJ, which I am not a part of, routinely reviews cases. They look for evidence and inconsistencies in each party's statements. There is no evidence, as the case happened so long ago. They can only interview all the witnesses and their friends, searching for inconsistencies. Therefore, government investigation is best to determine what facts can be ascertained at this late stage and to check for any holes in either person's story. In a situation like that, it is all investigators can do. RELATED ARTICLES The Dangers Of Lying About Sexual Assault And Rape (Julie Swetnick) |
