Paris Hilton Detained In Japan Over Cocaine Charge September 21. 2010
Paris Hilton Hollywood socialite Paris Hilton, was detained in Japan and questioned over her cocaine charges in America. Officials have been reluctant to allow Hilton into the country, as felons are routinely flagged and turned away in the international community.
