In what is certain to be a bruise to her inflated ego, unoriginal Madonna, was used as a barometer for old age, when Supreme Court nominee, Elena Kagan, stated she is younger than the crazy pop singer. Ouch!

I don't know about you, but when applying for a legal position, one should not invoke the name of a madwoman, who has been sued for battering and choking a child (Keith Sorrentino) and engaging in egregious privacy, civil rights and copyrights abuses, all of which broke the law.

Not to mention, borrowing huge sums of money for films, from financers and lenders, whilst committing fraud, then not paying the money back and having to be sued for said unlawful conduct.
