Fallen Hollywood actress, Lindsay Lohan, smiled as she strolled into a Los Angeles court today, on another probation violation, stemming from multiple DUI arrests. Judge Elden Fox, wiped the smirk off her face, sentencing her to jail with no bail, remanding Lohan into custody at the end of the court hearing.

Her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, promptly appealed Elden's decision and Judge Patricia Snegg granted Lohan $300,000 bail. It was stated, individuals are allowed to receive bail on misdemeanor charges and as such, Lohan will be released shortly. 

Lohan is not taking this seriously and shall not know old age if this madness continues. She needs to be jailed for an appropriate amount of time. Lohan also needs to be ordered into rehab for an extended period of time. 

She has embarrassed and made a mockery of UCLA, who bought her rubbish and let her out of rehab early. Within two weeks she was on cocaine again and committing serious driving offenses, which include clipping the stroller (pram) of a toddler being pushed by her nanny.

The Judiciary Report maintains, Lohan's story is not going to end well if this insanity keeps up. If she does not change her destructive ways, it is going to drastically shorten her troubled life.
