Justin Bieber's Bodyguard Arrested For Assault

The bodyguard of 16-year-old singer, Justin Bieber, has been arrested for assaulting a photographer that was trying to take snaps of the singer in New York. Kenneth Hamilton, reportedly shoved paparazzo, Jason Nicholas, onto the exterior of an SUV, as Bieber exited a hotel into a waiting vehicle. 

Bieber, then roared at the photog, leaving him incensed. The alleged mistreatment and abuse, prompted the snapper to report the incident to the police, but the story is just going public. The bodyguard is due for questioning this week. Bieber is currently on a promotional tour for his album "My World 2.0" and documentary "Never Say Never."
