Evidence seized in a raid of the New York townhouse
belonging to disgraced billionaire and pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein,
exhibits the fact he is a flight risk. Authorities discovered
numerous items in 66-year-old Epstein’s $77,000,000 mansion, such as
nude and seminude photos of young girls, a fake passport with his
photo under another name and with an address in Saudi Arabia,
diamonds, cash and $500 million dollars in bank accounts.
The items were stored in a safe and have been
formally mentioned to the court in Epstein's current criminal case.
The raid is a part of Epstein’s recent June 6, 2019 arrest on human
trafficking charges, regarding underage girls he forced to have sex
with him and other males, some of whom are high profile.
In 2008, convicted pedophile Epstein pled guilty to
prostitution charges, regarding having sex with underage girls in
Florida. Due to corruption by former Miami U.S. Attorney, Alexander
Acosta, Epstein received a slap on the wrist. Epstein spent 1-year
in jail and repeatedly flouted the terms of his post release laid
out by the court.

In 2015 items surfaced regarding Epstein’s elaborate
sex-trafficking ring, where underage girls were made to have sex
with rich and sometimes famous men against their will. The details
emerged via a lawsuit filed by 31-year-old Virginia Roberts, who
stated Epstein engaged in underage sex with her when she was a
minor. A number of other girls came forward as well.
Prominent figures, such as former U.S. President
Bill Clinton, and British royal, Prince Andrew were also implicated
in the scandal, as they were present in Epstein’s home during sex
parties with trafficked, underage girls present. An underage 17-year-old
girl took
a photo with Prince Andrew at one of Epstein’s events.
The sex crimes mostly took place at Epstein’s houses
in New York and Florida, as well as his private island. Epstein is
potentially facing 45-years in prison. He is currently in federal
custody in the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York, where
convicted drug dealer, El Chapo is currently serving a life
sentence.
