Hollywood actress and reckless driver, Amanda Bynes, has been charged with hit and run and faces thousands of dollars in fines and one year in jail (in Hollywood time one year in jail = one minute). This comes after her arrest in another case for driving under the influence of alcohol and demanding President Obama fire the police officer that was doing his job in arresting her, for endangering herself and other motorists with her drunkenness.

The most recent incident deals with Bynes hitting another vehicle with her car, trying to push the motorist's bumper back in place (are you serious), then fleeing the scene without exchanging insurance information. Apparently, Bynes thought hitting someone's vehicle so hard their bumper flew off, didn't look that bad. There is something weird in the water out in Hollywood...
