Congress And Homeland Security Investigating Hackers Attacking Electric Company Power Grids To Cause Surges And Outages

June 21. 2017

Demonic gremlin looking witch Madonna is a complete and utter embarrassment

This is a follow up to the May 25, 2017 article "Florida Power And Light (FPL) Sending Unsafe Electricity Into People's Homes Due To Inadequate Security And Breaches By Hackers" and an item from 2-YEARS ago dated June 23, 2015, about Madonna's hacker sending power surges to my home that destroyed appliances and electronics on two noted occasions in Miami, Florida. In the aforementioned articles, I described the menacing and sick hacker behavior targeting power grids, a threat to national security and public safety.

This week the U.S. Congress and Homeland Security began looking at the issue more closely, regarding hackers using malware such as "crash override" to cause terrible power surges and outages. Cowardly, insidious hackers engaging in this sick conduct also pose a threat to life and safety, as such surges can cause fires in homes/apartments or even go as far as to knock out power to hospitals that have limited back-up generators.

The well known Washington political website, the Hill, published an article on the subject this week. Here is an excerpt from the article:

"Lawmakers, meanwhile, have been raising questions about the vulnerability of the U.S. electric grid since the threat came to light. 'I worry about cyberattacks on our power grid,” Rep. Pete Olson (R-Texas), a member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, said at a hearing Tuesday."

"'I think that’s an ongoing challenge,' Amit Yoran, chairman and CEO of Tenable Network Security, told the House panel. 'From a security perspective, there’s a great challenge in that industry in that the systems are incapable of being updated or there’s tremendous risk in updating those systems, which unlike our mobile phones or desktop PCs, have a lifespan measured in decades.'"

"Here in the U.S., I think we are probably more advanced on our security of those power grids,” Bill Wright, government affairs and senior policy counsel at Symantec, told the lawmakers. 'That said, there’s always going to be susceptibility.' If deployed in the U.S., the malware would need to target multiple elements of the electric grid — which is comprised of numerous smaller units — to cause widespread outages."

Florida Power & Light electric company, also known as FPL

Power grid hacking is occurring in America, in what is known as "electronic harassment." However, electric companies such as FPL have been unethically ordered by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to cover it up and fight any such claims. In my case it occurred via a hacker Madonna hired, Randy Vaughn, who emailed me a racist death threat under a fake Google g-mail account, which sadly for him, enabled me to trace his identity through court subpoenas. The cowardly hacker Randy Vaughn works for the company, Fluor, where he specializes in computers and directing electricity.

Fluor is also a government contractor. Hence, the FBI and CIA secrecy over the mentally deranged loose cannon Randy Vaughn and a few other depraved hackers like him they have running loose in America, who've done dirty work for the government that breaks U.S. and international law. He also gets up to mischief with the hacker collective Anonymous.

The FBI knows Randy Vaughn is a sick criminal, prone to vile, depraved urges, but because of his connection to the government contractor Fluor and misconduct he has engaged in for the law enforcement agency, he has been allowed to remain free and terrorize innocent people. Randy Vaughn directed terrible power surges via hacking FPL's grid, in attempts at burning my home down (then my apartment in another incident), which he had threatened to do in the aforementioned threatening email he sent me under a fake name that was exposed under court subpoena. He did all of this mischief in defense of the madwoman who is paying him, Madonna.

On two occasions said power surges nearly started a fire in my home. We had to quickly plug out all the electronics and appliances from the wall sockets, as some were starting to catch on fire from the surges. It was like a modern day version of what the KKK used to do to black people in America during the civil rights era in burning them out of their homes in the 1950s and 1960s. Only now racist scum like Randy Vaughn, under the direction of fellow racist scum, Madonna, are using technology in committing hate crimes, aimed at burning black people out of their homes, sending an email calling me "nigger" and threatening to kill me via "a house fire."

One of Madonna's hackers works for the company Fluor. Previously, Madonna's private investigator whom I helped send to prison (Anthony Pellicano) had 4 hackers on staff.

During one of the incidents, the surges were so strong, it knocked out power to my apartment and the one below it that was occupied by an elderly woman and her legally blind son. It destroyed some of their appliances as well, such as the air conditioning (in Miami during a previous, sweltering summer). It caused them a great deal of distress and discomfort.

This is one of the most alarming things about them (Madonna, Randy Vaughn, the FBI ect). The don't care who they harm in their crazy quest when trying to abuse others (and I'm not the only one they are engaging in human rights abuses against). Their reckless and dangerous actions indicate collateral damage is acceptable to them, as long as they achieve their deranged goal that is lost on everyone but them. By God's grace I have survived their terrible deeds. However, what are they accomplishing other than making the U.S. government look very bad to the nation and the watching world. Americans and people in the international community talk to me about the case all the time and repeatedly refer to Madonna and the FBI as "evil" and "dirty" among other things, for what they are doing.

There is a disturbing disconnect that exists regarding Madonna, Randy Vaughn, the FBI ect, as they don't care who they disgrace or whose company they damage in trying to attack innocent people. For example, Madonna, Randy Vaughn and the FBI are financially worth nothing compared to FPL, yet they hacked their grid, causing the company public disgrace and financial damage in this case, in trying to terrorize, harass and financially damage me (and it's not just FPL, they've caused other companies financial damage and public disgrace with their malicious behavior). I'm not afraid of them. Therefore, what have the accomplished, other than making the U.S. government and Hollywood look very bad to the public.

But that's just it, they don't care who is harmed, as long as they get their way. They are people so deeply and obsessively immersed in something so evil and sick, they have lost all track of reality and how bad their behavior looks. The consequences of their evil actions are not even a thought to them. Psychologists label people who have no fear or regard of the consequences of their actions, sociopaths and psychopaths.

How ironic that Randy Vaughn lists one of his causes as "children" when the Kabbalah Center cult he is involved in erected the website NatashaMusica.BlogSpot.com on Google with pedophilic images and copied my wholesome website banner, slogans and preexisting copyrighted Judiciary Report articles that are not pornographic or inappropriate, to make the public think the sick site was mine, when I had nothing to do with it. Security experts have stated this is a sick technique used by hackers to defame and set up innocent people they criminally target.

Randy Vaughn is also pedophilic, which is nasty. However, the FBI sees nothing wrong with letting such a sick criminal roam free. After all, the FBI became the world's biggest distributor of child porn (Human Rights Activists Slam The FBI After It Is Discovered They Became The World's Top Distributor Of Child Porn). They are a bunch of psychopaths to do that.

Sometimes I shake my head at the terrible lows these people have dragged America to, as they are going to end up destroying the country with their madness, due to being in government and doing the unthinkable (the full breadth and scope of it has not been revealed yet, but it's pretty sick). World history has shown people engaging in corruption and human rights abuses on such a heinous level in government, always bring their nation down.

‘Crash Override’ malware heightens fears for US electric grid

06/15/17 06:00 AM EDT - The identification of malware tied to a cyberattack on Ukraine last year is putting a renewed focus on threats to America’s electric grid. Security firms ESET and Dragos revealed the malware, dubbed “Crash Override” or “Industroyer,” this week. According to the researchers, the malware is only the second to be tailored to industrial control systems and developed and deployed to be disruptive — the first was the Stuxnet virus that ravaged Iran’s nuclear program years ago.

The attack, which knocked out power in Kiev for about an hour, was one of two targeting Ukraine’s electric grid in recent years. Russia, which annexed Ukraine’s Crimean peninsula, is widely believed to have a connection to both attacks. Experts say the cyber weapon could be deployed against electric infrastructure in Europe and much of Asia and the Middle East and, with slight modifications, could be used against the United States as well.

“This threat should absolutely make grid operators and the security community take these types of threats more seriously,” Robert M. Lee, CEO and founder of Dragos, told The Hill. “This is definitely an evolution of tradecraft we haven’t seen before.” The discovery of Crash Override triggered an immediate response from the government and industry. The computer emergency readiness team at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) warned that, while there is no evidence the malware has affected U.S. critical infrastructure, it “could be modified to target U.S. critical information networks and systems.”

The National Cybersecurity and Communications Center, the DHS said, is working to assess the risk the malware poses to U.S. critical infrastructure. On Tuesday, the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC), a regulatory body of the electric industry, issued a public alert to its members to limit access to their networks to protect against the threat.

Lee said that his firm notified the government and key players in the electric sector on June 10, immediately after confirming the analysis of the malware and before publicly releasing details about it on Monday. “Everybody actually took the threat seriously,” Lee said. “I was really impressed with the response by government and the sector.”

Lawmakers, meanwhile, have been raising questions about the vulnerability of the U.S. electric grid since the threat came to light. “I worry about cyberattacks on our power grid,” Rep. Pete Olson (R-Texas), a member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, said at a hearing Tuesday.

“I think that’s an ongoing challenge,” Amit Yoran, chairman and CEO of Tenable Network Security, told the House panel. “From a security perspective, there’s a great challenge in that industry in that the systems are incapable of being updated or there’s tremendous risk in updating those systems, which unlike our mobile phones or desktop PCs, have a lifespan measured in decades.”

“Here in the U.S., I think we are probably more advanced on our security of those power grids,” Bill Wright, government affairs and senior policy counsel at Symantec, told the lawmakers. “That said, there’s always going to be susceptibility.” If deployed in the U.S., the malware would need to target multiple elements of the electric grid — which is comprised of numerous smaller units — to cause widespread outages.

Lee said that any outage would last only hours or days at most, given that elements of the U.S. electric grid have been engineered to switch over to manual operation in the event of storms or natural disasters. Still, the twin attacks on Ukraine’s power have heightened long-standing concerns in Washington about threats to the electric grid.

Earlier this year, Sen. Angus King (I-Maine) introduced legislation with bipartisan support that would set up a pilot program to find security vulnerabilities in the energy sector. The fears on Capitol Hill have been compounded by Russia’s willingness to use cyberattacks to achieve strategic gains, in the wake of what U.S. intelligence has described as Moscow’s interference campaign during the presidential election.

Dragos has named the group behind the malware “Electrum” and has linked that group to the Sandworm team — the same group security experts say was behind a 2015 cyberattack on Ukraine’s electric grid. While some experts — including Dragos — have not attributed the group to a particular country, security firm FireEye has connected it to the Russian government.

On Tuesday, Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) raised the issue during questioning of Attorney General Jeff Sessions in the context of threats posed by Russia to Ukraine and the United States. “It is very disturbing that the Russians continue to push hostile actions in their foreign policy,” Sessions said. “We do not have a sufficient strategy dealing with technological and IT penetrations of our system,” he said. “I truly believe it’s more important than I ever did before.”
